I registered for global membership and verified fan. Firstly, when I finally did get in there, your site wouldn鈥檛 even let me enter the waiting room and there were no seats left! Second, I tried to say you couldn鈥檛 verify my membership. I even emailed you a screenshot of my membership card. Third, I got wait listed for verified fan. I had purchased PTD tour tickets and was supposed to be given the opportunity to get first dibs on MOTS tickets. I had to buy tickets on another site! I don鈥檛 understand why not everyone who held onto tickets couldn鈥檛 buy tickets. That was the most nonsensical part of the whole process!
